Delivery Time:
Orders are shipped within 3 business days at the latest. Delivery time by the shipping company usually varies between 1-3 business days within Turkey. After your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number.

Return and Exchange Policy


Return Conditions:

  • The items you wish to return must be unused, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 business days from the date of product delivery.

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. Send your return or exchange request to info@parlatangowear.com.
  2. Pack the products in their original packaging, unused and unwashed, along with the invoice and email request.
  3. Deliver it to the shipping company and share the tracking number with us.

Return Fees:

  • Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • After the product is received and its compliance with the return conditions is checked, the refund will be processed using the same payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

  • If the products you received are damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Please open the shipping packages visibly and clearly with a video. A package opening video is required for damaged product exchange and return requests.
  • Shipping fees for incorrect or damaged products are covered by our company and will be replaced with a new one.
