Distance Sales Agreement

  1. Parties
    This agreement is made between Duygu Moda Evi Tekstil San ve Tic. LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the customer who makes a purchase from the website www.parlatangowear.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"). By placing an order on the Seller's website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement.

  2. Definitions

  • Service: All kinds of services offered by the Seller.
  • Agreement: This Distance Sales Agreement made between the Seller and the Buyer.
  • Product: The goods offered by the Seller and ordered by the Buyer.

  1. Subject
    The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and delivery of the products sold by the Seller to the Buyer through the website, following the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

  2. Product and Price Information
    The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and total price, including all taxes, of the products are as specified on the product introduction page of the website www.parlatangowear.com.

  3. Payment and Delivery

  • Payment Method: Credit card, bank transfer.
  • Delivery Method and Address: Orders are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer via cargo. The delivery time may vary depending on the workload of the cargo company from the date the order is dispatched.
  • Shipping Fees: The shipping fee is borne by the Buyer and added to the total order amount. For orders above a certain amount, the shipping fee is not charged.
  1. Right of Withdrawal
  • Withdrawal Period: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.
  • Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within this period and return the product unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
  • Return Procedure: To initiate the return process, an email must be sent to info@parlatangowear.com. The return shipping cost is covered by the Buyer.
  1. Return of Products
  • Return Conditions: Products to be returned must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Refund: The product price will be refunded to the Buyer in the same way as the payment method within 14 days after the returned product is received by the Seller.

  1. Warranty and Complaints
    The Seller undertakes that the products sold are prepared by regulations. The Buyer can send any complaints about the products to info@parlatangowear.com.

  2. Privacy
    Personal information provided by the Buyer will be protected by the Seller's privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties. This information may only be shared under legal obligations and requests from authorized institutions.

  3. Dispute Resolution
    In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of the location of Duygu Moda Evi Tekstil San. ve Tic. LTD. ŞTİ. are authorized.

  4. Validity
    This agreement becomes effective when the Buyer confirms it on the website. The agreement remains in effect until the Buyer's membership is canceled or the Seller cancels it.
